Women’s History Month, Fort Ward Virginia

The Fort Ward museum in Alexandria, Virginia held a program in celebration of Women’s History Month. The program highlighted the contributions of women during the Civil War; a few friends and I participated. We were stationed throughout the museum where visitors could interact with us and hear about women during the 1860s.
